我们不收集任何个人信息。灵感管家不设置账号,不需要注册或登录,也没有可供数据上传的后端服务器。你在 App 中创建的所有内容都由你自己掌控。 We collect nothing. IdeaKeeper has no accounts, requires no sign-up or login, and operates no backend server to which data could be uploaded. Everything you create in the app stays under your control.
2. 你的数据存在哪里2. Where your data lives
- 设备本地:你的灵感文字、标签、语音转写与录音文件保存在设备上。 On your device: your idea text, tags, transcripts and audio recordings are stored on the device.
- 你的私有 iCloud:若你登录了 iCloud,数据会通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 在你的设备之间同步,存放于你个人的 iCloud 私有数据库中。这是你与 Apple 之间的服务,受 Apple 隐私政策约束,开发者无法访问。 Your private iCloud: if you are signed in to iCloud, your data syncs across your own devices via Apple's CloudKit and is stored in your personal private iCloud database. This is a service between you and Apple, governed by Apple's privacy policy; the developer cannot access it.
- 若你未登录 iCloud,数据仅保存在本地,不会离开你的设备。 If you are not signed in to iCloud, data stays local and never leaves your device.
3. 权限用途3. Permissions we use
- 麦克风:仅在你按住「说话」按钮时用于录制语音灵感。 Microphone: used only while you hold the “talk” button to record a voice note.
- 语音识别:用于将你的录音转写为文字。转写由 Apple 系统的语音识别功能完成,可能由设备本地处理,或依机型与语言由 Apple 的语音识别服务处理,受 Apple 隐私政策约束。我们不会将你的音频发送到任何属于我们的服务器(我们没有服务器)。 Speech recognition: used to transcribe your recordings into text. Transcription is performed by Apple's system speech recognition, which may run on-device or, depending on device and language, via Apple's speech recognition service, governed by Apple's privacy policy. We never send your audio to any server of ours (we have none).
- 相册(添加):仅在你选择保存「分享 App」图片时,用于将该图片存入你的相册。 Photos (add only): used solely to save the “share app” image to your photo library when you choose to.
4. 第三方4. Third parties
灵感管家不含任何第三方广告、数据分析或统计 SDK。App 仅使用 Apple 提供的系统服务:iCloud/CloudKit(同步)、语音识别(转写)、以及 App 内购(会员解锁)。App 内购由 Apple 处理,我们不会接触你的支付信息。 IdeaKeeper contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. It uses only Apple's system services: iCloud/CloudKit (sync), speech recognition (transcription), and In-App Purchase (premium unlock). Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment information.
5. 数据安全5. Data security
由于我们不集中存储任何用户数据,也就不存在被我们泄露的风险。设备本地与 iCloud 中的数据由 Apple 的系统级安全机制保护。你可随时在 App 中删除任意灵感,或导出 .ideakeeper 备份文件自行保管。 Because we do not centrally store any user data, there is no store of yours for us to leak. Data on your device and in iCloud is protected by Apple's system-level security. You can delete any idea at any time in the app, or export a .ideakeeper backup file to keep yourself.
6. 儿童隐私6. Children's privacy
灵感管家不面向 13 岁以下儿童收集任何信息 —— 事实上我们不向任何人收集信息。 IdeaKeeper does not collect information from children under 13 — in fact, we do not collect information from anyone.
7. 你的权利7. Your rights
你的数据始终在你手中:可在 App 内随时查看、编辑、删除,或整体导出;卸载 App 即从设备移除本地数据,你也可在 iCloud 设置中管理或删除同步数据。 Your data is always in your hands: view, edit, delete, or export it in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes local data from your device, and you can manage or delete synced data in your iCloud settings.

若本政策有更新,我们会修改本页面并更新顶部的生效日期。重大变更将在 App 或本页面中说明。 If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
